Genesee Career Institute Visit

Dear GVRC Members,

We will be meeting Tuesday, May 10 at Noon Sharp at the Genesee Career Institute Conference Center located at 5081 Torrey Rd. Enter the drive and proceed to the north side of the building and enter the Conference Center. The meeting will include a lunch prepared by students and a tour of the facility concluding at 1:15.

Members may invite one guest. All members & guests planning to attend the meeting and lunch must be registered by Tuesday, May 3 at 1:15 (end of meeting). No changes will be possible after May 3, since students are planning to serve based on individual menu selections.

Menu:

#1 - Baked Stuffed Chicken (Chicken, Ricotta, Cream Cheese, Fine Herbs, Breaded and Baked)

#2 - Vegetarian Lasagna with Salad and Breadsticks 

#3 - Beef Stroganoff (Choice Top Round Beef, Mushrooms, Onions, Served in a Rich Sour Cream Beef Sauce)

#4 - Meat Lasagna with Salad and Breadsticks

Please make your selection. Provide me with your name and your selection. If you are inviting a guest, please provide me with their name and selection. There will be no charge assessed for your guest.
