Mari's title is marketing but in fact she is an adoption advocate who helps find homes for dogs, cats and other pets. Her story is about how she and her Humane Society colleagues get the word out that pets need homes. It is also about the fundraising side of how their non profit mission of caring for animals needs financial support and how they get it.

 

Everywhere we turn there are young, caring people who want to make our community and our world a better place to live. Unfortunately, they often lack the money and organizational skills needed to turn ideas into service. This is where SIPI comes in. Hear how this organization matches donors with doers to make good things happen.
