Domonique Clemons, Genesee County Clerk
and Registrar of Deeds
The County Clerk plays a vital but sometimes overlooked role in our system of government. Hear firsthand from Mr. Clemons, the youngest serving Clerk in Michigan, what his position in government does, how his department affects our civic lives and what his plans are for the department's future.
Everyone, even children, know that when an emergency happens, call 911. Tim will share with us how the system works, what are some of it's successes and the challenges for the future.
His background includes a degree in Public Safety from Baker College, graduation from the FBI National Academy and 34 years with the Mundy Township Police Dept. and joined the 911 Consortium in 2016.
The Alliance (FGEA) is a group of economic development professionals who work to develop business within our community which, in turn, brings jobs and increased prosperity for all.
He was a catalyst for the creation of a unique community visioning effort called Forward Together which has brought thousands of new jobs and millions of dollars in business to to our community.

50/50 Drawing Report
Each week the club holds a 50/50 drawing with proceeds going to our literacy project fund. Tickets are $1.00 each, 3 for $2.00. Three tickets from that week's donations are drawn and, in turn, each drawn ticket holder gets to select a pre-named card from an ever shrinking deck of cards until the pre-named card is drawn. Losing cards are discarded and if no one wins the pot it is rolled over to the next drawing.
